Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) unveiled their Jersey for Cricket World Cup 2019 on Friday, 3 May. This time it is quite changed and has a better look than the previous version of Cricket World Cup 2015.

This time it is made of recycled ocean plastic material, the waste plastic has been recovered from the beaches of Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has taken a great step to raise awareness about proper consumption of plastic in order to save marine species and their habitats. The same initiative has also been taken by India, where NIKE has used recycled polyester material for Indian’s team Jersey.

The yellow and dark blue Sri Lankan jersey showing three turtles on the front of the Kit moving towards the ocean the yellow (color) whereas the lion is engraved on the left shoulder just like 2015 World Cup’s version.
Sri Lanka has also announced their training kit for World Cup 2019.
Sri Lanka’s team main sponsor would be Kent RO, whereas their clothing sponsor would be MAS Holdings for the ICC World Cup 2019.
Sri Lanka would kickoff their World Cup journey against the Black Caps on June 1 in Cardiff.
The following 15 members Squad of the Sri Lankan Team would be wearing the new training and official jerseys during ICC World Cup 2019.
